We ship orders via UPS. During checkout you may choose any availble UPS delivery method. In-stock items are normally shipped within 2 business days.

Non-warranty Return Policy.
All Whirlwind products come with full manufacturer provided warranty which is one year. 
 
We offer our customers a limited 15-day return policy. There are no returns on merchandise for reasons other than manufacturing defect, so please be careful when you place your order. In limited circumsatnces, we do allow you to exchange a product that is not appropriate for your application for the right one. In such circumstances, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Customer pays all shipping charges. In case of manufacturing defect or malfunction, product must be returned in original condition, in original packaging with all accessories. In such cases, we offer a full refund excluding shipping costs.
  • In order to return an item, you must call 1-877-492-0882 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number.
  • A returned item must be included in the original packaging it was shipped and with all accessories included. 
  • Custom builds and special orders are not returnable except in case of defect.
  • Items returned for credit are subject to inspection prior to refunding. Any item returned damaged due to improper packaging by customer will not be refunded.
