Whirlwind DA-2 Distribution Amplifier
Drive multiple isolated line feeds from a single input source. Ideal for driving lines to multiple amps in live sound applications, audio distribution to multiple tape decks, feeding distribution amplifier signals to multiple zoned locations.
In normal (stereo) mode Whirlwind DA-2 audio distribution amp provides 4 outs per input (2). COMBINE switch combines inputs to all 8 outputs, so DA-2 becomes a 1 or 2 in, 8 out DA. Each output ground lifted, has own level control, clip indicator light.
Input signals monitored by signal-present LEDs and clip LEDs. Headphone circuit can be switched to monitor either channel.
All audio connections made through actively balanced line level XLR connectors.
Where transformer isolation is necessary, the ISO-8 (a 1U 8-channel accessory) is available.
